Request for Leave of Absence During Term Time

Pupils are not permitted to take time off for holidays during term time.  If you require leave of absence during term time, please see the attached guidance.  Every request must be made in writing using the absence form attached below and this must be made before any travel arrangements are organised.  Completed forms should be returned to the school office.  Each case will be looked at individually, and a decision will be made by the Headteacher in writing.
